What documents are required to rent a car?
To rent a car with us, you will need a valid driver's license, a valid identification document (passport or national ID), and a credit/debit card for the reservation and security deposit.
Can I rent a car if I am under 25 years old?
Unfortunately, we only rent to drivers who are 25 years old or above, with a valid driver's license.
Are there any hidden fees or charges?
We believe in transparency, and there are no hidden fees or charges in our rental agreements. The total cost will be clearly stated in your reservation
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes, basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. However, we also offer optional additional coverage for extra peace of mind during your rental period
Can I add an additional driver to the rental?
Yes, you can add an additional driver to the rental agreement. Both the primary renter and the additional driver must present valid driver's licenses and identification
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows for free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. For cancellations made within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off services?
Yes, we offer airport pick-up and drop-off services for your convenience. Please provide us with your flight details during the reservation process.
How can I extend my rental period?
If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact our customer service team as early as possible. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability.
Can I travel outside of Ghana with the rental car?
Our rental cars are intended for use within Ghana only. Crossing international borders is not permitted.
